Everyone hates C9 because they refuse to sign new talent, there's no world where Zellsis/Xeppaa should be on rosters over players like Seven/Satellite.
Zellsis was making internationals with Zekken/N4RRATE/Sacy/TenZ not like he was the sole reason
It objectively matters tho. The last Sen classic winner went on to win champs. Its an objective matric of how good a team is gonna be.

Off season events are used to help warmup teams for kickoff. Not stage 2 or champs. That would be EWC, which NRG did pretty bad in
