idk why but in ranked whenevr i am on agents like waylay or neon, i am so full of confidence, i literally swing the enemy all the time, i dont care but when i am on other agents its not always i can replicate that , bro can someone from higher ranks tell me why this happens and how do i get rid of this

neon waylay and yoru all feel like freedom agents
no matter what you do as long as you arent throwing your play will work one way or another
whereas everyone else you still have to take fights normally
i dont think so at all like when i play i never have this kind of thought rather its opposite since u are more prone to be insulted by teammates if u dont frag as a duelist
confidence comes from how you believe in ur self and ur enjoyment in the game. Learn that val is a game and youll be consistent and putting these expectations that u have to top frag every game to be the best. A 26/7 on the losing team will still lose rr and not the 12/19 on the winning team
im not sure of the necessity of getting rid of it, i think most high ranked players will agree that being overconfident is still better than having no confidence
more confidence = more taking fights and more opportunities to learn
also i think skill of assessing whether its appropriate to fight is something that builds up by engaging in more fights
literally just turn ur brain off, i know it sounds dumb cuz you need to think but just aim diff people, ur better than everyone if you think you are

Thats not an higher rank that you need, but more a psychologist.
To me the answer is pretty simple : it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. Maybe you win a couple of game against them and become confident against them, and since you play better when confident then it's alimenting the positive circle, while when you dont play against them it's alimenting the vicious circle
I have the same issue and to me is that on other agents that arent duelists it feels like I have to play my life more and get use of my util for the team and just try to be useful so im not that confident
But on duelists(90% of games i play are on jett) I dont have that feeling and just feel like i have util that rather helps me kill people and i dont have to stay alive and should make space instead, plus my team wont get mad at me running it down if im on duelist instead
But thats js me maybe its smth else for you
