Someone still thinks harbor is a viable pick in ranked or proplay. Literally the only justifiable pick is just icebox and breeze which out of rotation

But although i can see harbor being effective in really low elo due to how much chaos he makes
he's really funny.

to me the point of harbor in ranked is to force more close quarters fights

i think he is good but you need 1 more smoke also main thing about harbor is his ult is very low orb so if you play with plan you can get ult in 3rd round most of time
Harbor being bad or not doesn't matter, you play in low elo anything can work.
if you're good at harbor then it's viable just like viper is viable in ranked (so not very often).
Some people just enjoy specific agents; and if he turns out shit in pro play, what does it affect your life?
What's bad about Harbor? You're hating pointlessly with nothing to back it up
Also he's not that good on Breeze. You're just naming Viper maps because you clearly think he's only viable on Viper's solo controller maps. His best maps are Bind, Icebox, and then Haven/Lotus/Abyss/Sunset in some order
