Day 1 of asking enigma to change the vlr layout

1. Why do stars overlap with frags? (visual clutter and inability to instantly tell the popularity and importance of comments)

2. Long threaded comments just disappear in the void of the right side (honestly that could just be unfixable on mobile)

3. Inbox is hidden in the settings menu (inbox is something important to a vlr user and it not being visible makes it harder to respond to questions or interact on multiple threads at ones)

4. Turning your phone makes any thread scroll back up to the top (credit: cloudberry)

5. "Sort by" filter removed (c burritx)

6. Forum Index missing most of it's info (Last Active, total Threads, Total Posts) (c burritx)

Some playoffs and group stage brackets are broken and can't be dragged (specially ones with 8+ teams when it reaches LBF)
