It is confusing considering whether it is reduxx or narrate who start as duelist
I really think Reduxx on Smokes would be better than him on duelist, Kinda follow the tenz path

Reduxx on yoru, waylay, neon when needed probably. N4RRATE on jett, raze, iso. Unless the meta changes. SEN's roster looks "worse", but a lot more flexible which could make them a lot better. 3/4 players that we know so far can play at least 3 different roles. Don't know how good N4RRATE's duelist will be cause I've only saw him on duelist on KC. But roles wise they should be comfortable.
N4rrate looked so uncomfortable on SEN this year. idk if thats just me tho, All respect to him but id love to see a n4rrate jett
n4rrate wasnt a recon player prior to sen, yes he played fade for kc but you can play fade a little more aggressive and selfish compared to sova. Prior to sen i think he had zero games on sova. He was always a duelist
i thought he looked inconsistent. might be because of him being used to the way EMEA play, or it could be that he wasnt playing the role he did on KC. (init & duelist)
how good is he with the op? can he be the team's chamber player? if chamber becomes meta
i mean he plays a bunch of chamber in comp
but obv we dont know how well that translates to vct
His op was one of his strong suits, which is why most people wanted him to play Jett when he first joined the roster
pretty gud actually, he wud grind chamber only to rank 1 back during the yay era
Cortezia is best chamber player in sen he always plays chamber in ranked too
someone posted earlier that john said on stream that roles are n4rrate duelist, reduxx smokes, cortezia senti, john flex and kyu scan igl but it could always change before season
Reduxx and narrate gonna share duelist and smokes like 23 EG jawg and demon1
they have john and kyu who can play initiator so theres no shot narrate will ever play initiator this season, meaning he will likely be perma duelist
from this, they can easily do double duelist with reduxx, double initiator with john and kyu, double controller with reduxx and cortez, or double senti with john and cortez, and the roles will still work out. the roster actually works out beautifully as long as they can hit their shots
Yes they are very flexible as a team so I don't think they will have role issues in any meta
