Have Xeppa's career, tenured veteran, steady paycheck, reasonably well respected by the community. Or demon1's career, flash in the pan after grinding in t3 for years, washed, constantly dropped off teams.

this is just the careers as they are now, dont consider future prospects.
imo i would rather xeppa's stability.
