they announced harbor rework a year ago and this is what they come up with? LMAO. This changes nothing. Harbor will still be terrible

They will make harbor as strong as viper. Riot wants the default comps to be a decision between viper/harbor, omen/astra, kj/cypher, fade/sova and a comfort duelist. Then teams can flex archetypes and other agents however they want. But a lot of teams will either ignore the new harbor or have the flex play it because its gonna be hard to pick up
