As much as i would like to have one, they don't cut it man, rossi didn't do well enough in ascension and lf was good for some time before succumbing to pressure and expectations and those two are the best Indian players

dude, if he gets an offer to play at tier 1 with GE, he will keep his studies aside, he has tweeted about retirement like 3-4 times before(dont take his tweets seriously), still his las tweet was LFT, so dont push him out of the picture until he actually goes, currently raw aim wise imo he is the best in india, has 60%+hs on the vandal on tracker

I can see Papi being removed for either Sylvan or mindfreak possible place for xavi also in the team but more than 2 roster changes are not really needed they for sure need a world class coach tho they have good player quality just need to set the pieces around
Yoman didn't do great at all, toh can keep ban tbh he did well but u have clear upgrades in the market , the coaches and everyone says papi is really good mechanically but he was so inconsistent, performing in one match and going silent for next three
That's why I said Papi can be replaced but let's see and didn't talk about ban I think better players are available but the experience and flexibility he brings might be unmatched but if you can get a better player he can be replaced anyways I think Kr1stal, UdoTan and Deryeon ain't going anywhere with possibility of Papi staying or they getting mindfreak who so ever is the 5th the team will look solid

Bro if I was an org from India trying to get good Indian players to t1 level, I would genuinely follow fns plan ( it's hard and may not work but just do it), just make 5 indian higher level players grind ranked and valorant and aimlabs for like 16 hours everyday, u don't deserve breaks
Who do you replace in the current GE lineup and with which Indian player? The only one I can see replacing is LightningFast with Papi but still would you give up on Papi's experience and mechanics over LightningFast for representation is a tough nut to crack..no doubt LightningFast is cracked and I wanna see him in tier 1 but others are just better they have so many better options like mindfreak, Wayne, Sylvan, xavi8k that it's difficult for Indians to take a part
I would have signed Russ but his agent pool looks really off meta he has improved hella alot and GE also needs a proper IGL but his agent pool plus initiator nerfs kinda sucks
Tell me who they can sign other than maybe lf who underperformed at this ascension or maybe venka. Also there are better and more experienced option like sylvan and mf available. If only lf dominated ascension more, fs ge would have signed him. One of their owner was glazing him this whole season and seeing him as potential papi replacement.
I think ge can realistically become competitive and start winning if they rebuild like this :

Sign autumn (flex), stew/ or any cracked duelist, mindfreak/wayne/exa(smokes)
Unlucky, then ig mindfreak is the next option, lots of international experience and has decent mechanics.

They should sign Sacred, Jerwinn and Yearn. Actively playing in NA Tier 2 and all are Indians.

If yes , then let me tell u this , there are a lot of good APAC talent in our region bro like wayne, xavi8k, unless somehow they are offering some great shit that these others aren't why do we need to bring them here cause if they do that it just looks like they are trynna desperately show they have indian representation, plus they would stick to their region as they can get better spotlight there
