What's the point of winning ascension when most of your star players just get poached, leaving the team and their former teammates in shambles. Then you eventually end up getting relegated

Apeks with kaajak would have still been ass tbh he was ass on lan for quite a bit and being mentally boomed by being bad at the start of the year isn't going to help him with that by the time he would have been good
well, it still happened twice with apeks, losing both keiko and kajak, and now tsm got their star players stolen even before they got the chance to win, so there's like zero point in either envy or tsm winning ascension
Dawg his point is their players getting poached after they win not after they didn't win...
didn't happen with keiko cause apeks didn't win and kaajak had a VERY VERY slow start on apeks he 100% wouldn't have done shit after with out a goat on every role on his team
this really only happened with one team tbf (apeks)
there also isn't a reason you can't assemble a decent team even with your players leaving
there are really good free agents in every region

yeah cane for now is just an online merchant but it still is the same situation as 2g with spike, bringing up another player may or may not work
It was the only case of apeks where Kaajak went to a better team and we eventually know the aftermath I wonder if Kaajak would pull off this insane performance if he still was with Apeks would always remain a mystery
it doesn't point out the other winners who had players get poached
and regardless that the entire point of T2 is to feed talent to T1
