Let’s put on our thinking caps for a moment. If fnatic can’t afford Chronicle’s salary then why the fuck would they be able to afford nAts’ buyout AND salary? And that’s not to mention the fact that nAts makes 0 sense role wise for fnatic. Can people just stop suggesting this dogshit already.

100% it will be a budget replacement, its gonna be a tier 2 or washed tier 1 player. If they didnt want to spend chron salary they wont be buying a superstar replacement.

Agreed with most of what you said except role-wise FNC nAts wouldn't be THAT bad since Chron was FNC's viper and they like running viper on most maps + FNC prefer to let Chron play senti and lurk to enable alfa to be more proactive so moving alfa to flex wouldn't be a bad way of fufilling that
You’re right nats actually does work for double duelist, double smokes and double senti comps. The problem is double initiator comps though
yea idk if FNC with nAts would be able to play double flash initiators or flash + scan well buuut if Alfa/nAts are that bad at flashing maybe just put kaajak on flash initi and alfa duel for those cases
nats to fnatic would make sense but it means that they cannot play double initiator which is most likely not going to be meta anyways
fnc can't pay for nats buyout but in what sense do you think he doesn't make sense role wise? His and chronicle agent pool is very similar. Viper, cypher, vyse. Both of them play the same agents
I guess it works fine just either Alfa or Nats has to learn to play initiator if it’s meta
