You guys might say damaraa and russ did their work too, you are right but they rn have the higher probability getting picked by either t2 good team or damaraa getting picked by rrq or boom.

LF is decent but you don't get signed being decent. He needs to have an mvp level tournament to get signed. Like from this tournament you can make a case for xavi8k, even though his team got eliminated there is a high chance he's getting picked up.
Dude look at lightningman stats and he did have double mvp against NAOS and FS
I did bro he's not even top 10 in overall stats. Having 2 good games doesn't make him an attractive prospect for Tier 1 teams.
The issue is there are much better option available for smokes or else he would have been picked up.

You can't blame rossi for everything bro, he wanted to pair up with rossi and play in ascension, plus lf did perform well in the earlier matches but when the playoffs pressure and expectations came he crumbled and didn't perform nearly as good man. You can't get into t1 teams looking like this bro.

The problem is that there is too much talent in APAC T1 and T2 for him to get an opportunity in tier 1. If he was in NA or EMEA T2, he had a good chance of getting picked up. EMEA needs more talent in T2.
After NRG winning champs with 3 rookies, G2 being really strong with a mostly ascension roster, Verno being a great IGL pickup for MIBR and JohnQT winning a masters in his T1 debut, a lot of T2 players will get opportunities in T1 in AMER.
But its harder for APAC. You literally need to ascend to get a shot at T1. VLT had the potential, but did not play to that potential most of the time except for that 1 game against NAOS.
Being decent is not good enough for t1 teams, also he need to choose his team wisely and not for friendship.
Blud needs to put some insane numbers and stats to get picked
The best thing he can do is to give trials for some better teams so that he can get some exposure
