im trying to get at least 200g of protein a day
dont know how much protein this plate has, but id say around 80g
oh so ur chilling if u can reach 200g per day u just gotta eat hella chicken and chug protein shakes
been eating one can of sardines or tuna (46g), a shake (40g), 4 eggs with egg whites (44g), one turkey sandwich with bunch of cheese (30g) and whatever my mom makes, usually chicken stew or beef liver. At least one plate and a half.
I skipped sardines today because they're ass sometimes
