I still think it could be confusing for the player playing neon. If you play a lot of ranked you're going to become accused to people calling you by you agent so "Neon behind you" could be confusing although some teams do use irl names.

It depends I've never seen some pros be called by their first name in those comm videos. Depends on the players preference.

Me and my bois have a very wide agent pool in ranked so it's impossible for us to keep track of who's playin what
So we call eachother by the agent name
I thought maybe pros do the same
