Nah not 60%. Maybe 40% depending on the region. Some regions are more top heavy while some are more stacked at mid level. And next year those bottom t1 teams can improve too.

Inflated cause of china. That region is still developing so majority of their talent is in tier 2. And can't really call g2 a ascension team even if they did play ascension cause of how experienced that roster has been.
Also those teams that ascend are top teams from tier 2. here you are comparing stats of like 35 teams with 8 teams.
