This is gonna be a dumb question, but apparently BBL owns all of PCIFIC, whats the line between that and an academy team? I probably just being braindead but it doesn't seem right.....

they are their own org, but simply affiliated with BBL as of their partnership earlier in the year
hes not braindead, bbl and pcific have this weird relationship where they are helping pay for shit but not technically an academy

So...pcific are their own org but they are like...extremely poor meaning they made some sort of partnership agreement with bbl which doesnt make them an academy.
I believe if they make t1 they will have to cancel the partnership though

btw I wanna add that apeks had the same thing going on with Liquid last year, and same with Oxen and KRU this year, it was just not in their names for whatever reason (it must be a contractual obligation I imagine)
I dont keep up with people from latam much except for dryad so this can 100% be true :D
