Reyna is less skilled than Iso. Basically any contact duelist is low skilled, sentinel agents are also low skill
cypher and vyse are more forgiving than killjoy (i.e easier to play and therefore less skill involved)
cypher is lower skill than kj?????? kj is literally molly timings and thats it there is 0 skill involved in piloting her setups and 99% of kj players are just copying other peoples setups, so defense side kj is literally timing your mollies and like a couple lineups maybe, on attack i might agree that cyphers cages and lack of range restrictions allow him to lurk more easily, same with vyse but less so because she has no safety, but her defense side is laughably easy compared to literally every other agent in the game, you can play a good kj defense half basically flowcharted incredibly easily, because you have a strong retake ult and are generally playing anchor its 99% the correct decision to rotate through spawn, her setups literally pilot themselves and you can learn 3 and rotate between them and thats literally fine because her util is so one dimensional that even with that minimal amount of work she functions at like 95% efficiency, her attack side is harder i agree, but killjoy defense side is the easiest flowchart to make literally ever, her util is so standard compared to a cypher or vyse, even an iso has to actually use his vuln and wall with more variance than a kj does, good reynas make more decisions in 30 seconds than a kj does the entire half because shes supposed to be piloted self sufficiently which makes her incredibly free to react to the game
one of those things i thought about before tbh, i was trynna think whats the easiest agent to throw a good aimer on and have them perform at a high level in a pro game, i came to kj because you could literally flowchart VERY easily how to play kj defence side on ascent and haven which are her 2 best maps and have her piloted pretty easily to a crazy high efficiency in terms of util imo, and she can go with the pack just fine on attack side since her flank util is range locked anyway and her mollies are good for preventing floods, so its not like her not being able to lurk is that much of an issue cause she gets value with the pack anyway
universal util vs util you have to stay in a certain area
not to mention placing down trips is far easier than choosing where to place your alarm bot and turret (Because of distance issues)
cypher requires little to no lineups, kj on attackside requires lineups/pushing with your team (as a lurker this doesn't make sense hence you make lineups, you lurk to make sure nobody flanks, use your util to make sure nobody flanks you)
maybe in lower ranks kj is less skill because they RE-USE THE SAME SETUPS OVER AND OVER (you're not supposed to do this)
you can literally watch pro games of killjoy and the same 5 setups get recycled on repeat without fail, your literally just wrong lmao
hell, mibr vs nrg haven at champs, mibr win defense half 10-2, just looked at it for 5 minutes they run their kj turret C long 9 out of 12 rounds lmao, with once in b, once on a, once in garage, like the second best haven team in the world by the way lmao.

i mean mibr literally did in that same game lmao, no molly on pistol, corteizia did a deep c long molly with a garage molly 7 times, did an A setup with mollies on both chokes twice and did garage + b mollies twice, KJ setups are not getting changed every round by literally anyone at the highest level of the game.
round 2 - stall molly, uncontested
round 3 - new setup on A, didn't get to use either of them
round 4 - same stall molly, since it was uncontested
5 - stall molly, still uncontested, NEW garage molly
6 - since NRG didn't go near C that round, he reuses this setup
7 - NRG gets punished and they finally find out of the molly setups
8 - changes the garage molly, the C long one is still there because its now paired up with an alarm bot (turret alarmbot setup reversed)
9 - used 1 molly, on A, not to mention that its a completely different setup from round 3, and they're playing retake
10 - back to using the C long molly, LATE ROUND puts a garage molly because he thinks its a c split
11 - NEW MOLLY ON B
12 - uses the same molly from round 11, keeps one in reserve for later
NOT TO MENTION YOU NITPICKED 1 SINGLE GAME FROM A BADLY PLAYED HALF FROM NRG
i literally just picked the last haven game nrg played i didnt nitpick shit lmao, also none of those things change the fact that corteizia literally rotated between 3 setups the entire half and if you took a pro level aimer you could teach them to pilot that setup in like 2 hours of practise and have them play a 95% efficiency kj defense half in a pro game, which is why i think kj is incredibly easy to play in terms of her unique skills, her defense side is literally braindead easy.

i genuinely think the playstyle of reyna iso is significantly harder to correctly pull off because there are just so many more variables to adjust your util around, reyna less so and shes the obvious contender for lowest unique skill agent (not counting aim in this cause like, every agent needs aim lmao) but imo iso is WAY higher skill than kj, like his wall and vuln are too reactive pieces of util that can be used in a bunch of different ways to get 100% efficiency out of an isos util 12 rounds in a row is WAY harder than doing so for kj is, i assume you did not mean phoenix in contact duellists cause like, idk phoenix is pretty obviously higher skill ceiling than kj idk if anyone disagrees with that lmao
Reyna iso chamber are the 3 lowest skill agents in the game and it's not close
I'd argue Clove is lower skill than Chamber simply because Chamber at least has a mastery curve with where you can play with his tp + switching between Headhunter and ult and rifle and pistol
Tbh maybe grouping him with the iso and that bum is the issue because I think they're kinda close to each other in skill especially in ranked where my clove players seem to not know how to smoke anything ever and chamber players refuse to play to his strengths
If you’re talking skill cap within raw utility usage Reyna is by far the lowest - if you’re talking about agents where mechanical skill matters the least, Brimstone Breach Gekko and Kay/O would be my top picks
At least kayo gekko breach and brim need the patience to deal with the shutters on your team who refuse to do literally anything with the util you give them there are definitely agents that require less skill overall than those (r0yn0) and those that should be reworked immediately (also r0yn0)
Reyna needs a rework but playing her requires pure mechanical talent rather than util usage
The only people I’ve ever seen or can think of who have played Reyna in VCT/VCL are Canezerra, Jemkin, and Something - quite a list to be on lol
She does need a rework tho but I’m not sure how since her entire kit relies on her getting kills and she has no util to get kills with unless she gets a kill making her inconsistent for high-level play
Unless you’re Canezerra, then you can do whatever the fuck you want
I think Iso Reyna Clove Sage Chamber Phœnix Gekko, basically the easiest agents to play
Gekko’s ult require some movement skill but that’s all I think
