WTF is this? I dont think this changes much. The ability is still so strong.

This doesnt change much either. It was mainly used for info gathering, not for setting up his teammates for the most part. The double duelist meta lives.

Not really you are invisible and can ult out, out of nowhere. Of course he doesnt have a clone or flash to set himself up for a kill but the instances where he would get a kill right out of the ult was minimal.
