He sabotages himself and his team by not speaking japanese
I will have your word on this but thats strange considering he has japanese roots, vookashu who is russian (language very different from mandarin) can comm pretty well in chinese. And hes only been here for 1-2 years
Which is why he is a problem. Orgs only hired him just to get another import since by vct rules he doesn't count as import.
I dug old vods just to confirm and am sure about it.
