they just sold their league spot, had enough money to pay big buyouts in cod, just bought a game changers team, and still get the riot stipend each year.

C9 is financially way more stable than 100T, but I admit I don't see C9 doing that move (Because they like build a roster with patience, and Aspas isnt able to stay in same roster for more than 1 year), so thats probably them that make an offer, but we will see if the offer is big enough
