And losing badly
WHY AM I GETTING CONSTANTLY ONETAPPED WITH THE CRAZIEST TIMING (Orb pickup, ability pull out, peeking)
man...
and then when i think i have a timing, i get read like an open book and onetapped
there has to be something im doing wrong

always good to vod review. There is replays now so its easy as hell to do so, also would be easier to get advice that way from someone better too.

good mechs can carry you hard go hit up some aim trainers to learn aiming fundamentals

Use aim trainers, VOD review yourself and look at what pros are doing that you aren't. Your movement probably isn't the best either, so try watching any good player and analyse how they take fights (or what timings they take to take advantageous fights).

as much as i hate to say it... stop playing 10 games a day.
learn 2-3 agents as your mains and stick to them. DO NOT FILL ever
learn to dodge a game if u have a bad feeling during agent select
start instalocking more... trust me if u feel good that day you will be better off not listening to others
and play more dms
when i used to grind i'd play 5-8 dms and then 2-4 games of comp max per day
and also don't have the mentality that you should stick to supporting via util. make plays, peek everything if u have decent aim, make sure to wide swing corners because no one holds a wide peek
as soon as u enter a game just think i'm gonna carry this one and don't be afraid to bait others

  1. pick a role no matter what(im assuming u play duelist)
  2. go dms and tdms and practice to hold angles
  3. find the appropriate head height and where to rest our crosshair (you are not even aiming for heads)
  4. learn to op
  5. hold off angles with duelist(jett,reyna,neon,etc.)
  6. get a kill and play man advantage
  7. always comm, start focuing on minimap to play smartly (example:- u see cypher entering the opp site on minimap, then go flank and try to get 1 kill but dont die to keep up the pressure)
  8. expect the unexpected. jump peek corners, if no info of enemies for 5-10secs into the rnd then look for info otherwise playing on contact always will not be advantageous. you'll get jumped on site every time.
  9. ask utils from your teammates and learn to use proper agent utils

Just based on positioning since I can't see the utils

Round 7 - Good angle to hold just got aim diffed
Round 8 - Unlucky that all 3 pushed main but you should wait for your teammates, you're exposed to the entire bombsite and all of your teammates are behind you
Ruond 9 - Again, you're on site alone, there's a world where you kill the Reyna but Yoru was there and would've traded anyways, none of your mates would've been able to (especially if he has his TP)
Round 10 - I don't know if there was a smoke but Reyna shouldn't have gotten away with that, I don't know what your Jett and Cypher were looking at.
Round 11 - nt, just diffed, maybe ask for a Breach flash next time
Round 12 - Omen got his mid and then took site (my guess is he didn't clear it), you guys should be aware that someone could be tree and use more util there (breach), but at least you got traded
Round 13 - Yoru played good by holding there, you definitely heard them tree and should've maybe played a little safer by simply holding main, then if Yoru pushes main = you kill him / if he goes with his team through tree = they don't expect you to be main and you get at least 1 free kill
Round 15 - diffed, all good.
Round 16 - Pushing mid with a judge... maybe we don't do that
Round 17 - nt, if you killed that Reyna there's a world where you win the 1v2 since you know where Yoru is
Round 19 - If you're gonna push like that every other round, at least ask your breach to throw a stun for you to get that Yoru (or at least force him to TP so you can take space), or Omen to throw a flash
Round 20 - Now you're pushing and Omen and Breach are there, only problem is one of them should stay tree to stun/flash main

You get killed a lot while holding, you should be playing a little more agressive on Neon, if you wanna hold maybe jump peek and then stun when you get the info, and ask for more utils from your teammates

round 9: i popped my ult and thats why i ran in, i should of requested a flash and maybe pushed from stairs
round 13: i heard them tree, turned to look the entry point and got timinged, good position from yoru yes
round 16: i felt desprate, but yeah, not my smartest play
round 19: Yeah i should have done that, in hindsight i should have requested util more often
round 20: same point as round 19
yeah that's all i have to say to the points
im going to Vod review when i get home to also analyse where i could have played better
