its good temp fix but long term the old advice of not having a screen in front of your face one hr before bed helps

blue light is a real thing, less of it is good for both your eyes and brain
get new glasses, less screen time ESPECIALLY before you sleep - try to not use your phone/computer within 30 minutes to an hour of sleeping

get better sleep and no don't buy the blue light glasses. they are a good placebo, but its an unnecessary expense

blue light glasses are ...fine, they don't do much but doing A/B tests its noticeable. not anything you should pay a crazy premium for tho

obviously lowering ur brightness and reducing screentime is good, getting a bit further away from the monitor is good if ur someone who plays super up close, keep your PC monitor at around an arms length, closer if smaller than 24", farther if larger than 24".
Also try messing around with the color options on ur monitor, I use sRGB on my monitors and it doesn't look amazing but it fully got rid of my eye strain honestly. plus sRGB is always tuned to be the same across monitors so colors look the same and u dont have to do colormatching between monitors
