he wasnt saying it as a bad thing, it is because that type of style counters most of pacific, but he said when they play against a similar style they struggle to adapt fast
ive been saying RRQ are just pacific anti strat frauds since they won stage 1. They only know how to play against the top pacific teams and thats it.
TBF, GenG couldve won if they didnt tilt as much, but they still got their spot stolen by RRQ frauds.
GenG even when they tilt, they beat FNC and PRX in toronto, the only non grand finalist to beat those teams.
They couldve also made a deep run unlike RRQ. I would have predicted at least top 4 if they made it
it’s safe to say that GENG has the highest ceiling of any pacific team other than PRX
Unfortunately even if you have a sky high ceiling you cant be having the lowest deep abyssal low when trying to qualify because it just invites peaks and then heartbreaking loses
their ONLY problem is that they never change strats and tilt super easily since they dont have a hype man when they are down or losing leads. Karon is a hype man, but only when up rounds.
