i think Gx would Pick Sunset PRX played that map much more then their new ascent if you want to anti strat Sunset is good and GX sunset is also very good
Yeah but the thing is it's been 2 yrs yet their sunset is still so dominant while their ascent has always been too easy to antistrat, believe it or not prx have a total of 41 different comps on ascent that's how much they get antistratted every time on that map, playing sunset is the same as xlg picking bind last game, these maps are really good for prx so it will be difficult but yeah it can happen for sure
for cloud calling it is much more bad to go for unknow ascent we have not seen how PRX attack with that comp so it is gamble to go for it and in that they have sage and vyse so defence round is hard to get
and on the other hand sunset has big flow of no info sentinal I know PRX have not got punished that much cause of that but Cloud can make it work with his calling and Sunset is one of GX top map also
Hmm well ig if we go by cloud calling then yep maybe they will pick sunset but atleast for now I'm of the belief that picking sunset would end up being same as xlg bind where it will be close but difficult to win it out, ofc that doesn't mean GX can't win on sunset it's just that until prx lose there I would have to stick with GX picking ascent as more better choice than sunset, should be a good sunset tho if it's picked. Ngl haven has the potential to be a banger if GX picks it GX is really good on attack while prx is really good on defence it would be a fun map
oh i think haven too looking into how they played against sentinels attack. kind of will do garage shutdown. but probably f0rsaken knows
Yeah I mean a garage fight on haven will be pretty fun lol gx would want to shut garage down while prx would want to fight garage as much as possible would be fun
I think u can anti the sage on attack quite well, vyse sage on defense is a nightmare to play against tho icl
Yepp thats why I pred that gx picks ascent as its very anti strattable but its also because I wanna see prx play ascent again and see whether they cook something(not the russian) up on attack or not

hmm I don't see prx letting both abyss and corrode through and also GX picking bind is a bit unlikely
Yeah could be Lotus instead of Bind. But PRX struggled a little bit on Bind against XLG so. Also PRX have a good winrate on many maps so it is pick your poison types. Talking of Corrode - lot of teams pick and like to play on corrode so it will be a good practice if it ever comes to it.
Yeah it's just that I don't really think GX's bind is strong enough to have the confidence to pick it against Prx, for xlg bind was literally their strongest map so they had to pick it in case of GX they have stronger maps, as for corrode I also said that there's a chance prx pick corrode after seeing GX's corrode against Sen i really want prx to play corrode once ngl
Good call on Ascent and Sunset. Bind and Lotus are interchangeable in the veto. I think GX's Bind was weak in hindsight and PRX's Lotus suffered its first loss in a while versus RRQ. As for the bans, it looks like Corrode is PRX's new permaban. Abyss would have been nice to see, but this is a map that a lot of teams dislike
Yeah had a good feeling that if a team going against prx has a good ascent then they should definitely pick it vs them, ascent is a map which is just not built for prx no matter how many comps they run they will get anti stratted. As for the permaban, ngl I think its gonna be ascent again. They floated corrode against xlg and abyss agains gx so I think they definitely can play these maps at any given time just not the most confident in them to pick it
