the only clear thing is that rankeds wont improve and this faceit based customs its the best way to play without losing your mind
One easy fix would be to have some sort of reputation system with detailed reporting system to discourage repeating offenders. Also MMR decays should be introduced wherby people who take a long break should not be able to just hop in there peak rank.

what do you think about latam and br having an united hub? latam players already play in brazilians servers, and having twice as many players on a hub can help it last
if im not mistaken the old version was open for latam too but it didn't last anyway :(
oh :( hope that now that almost every tier 1 player played in procity we can do something here in south america
