One easy fix would be to have some sort of reputation system with detailed reporting system to discourage repeating offenders. Also MMR decays should be introduced wherby people who take a long break should not be able to just hop in there peak rank.

what do you think about latam and br having an united hub? latam players already play in brazilians servers, and having twice as many players on a hub can help it last
