so basically, last year I decided to be a child and got a new tesla model 3, yesterday I went out to party and left at like 5am, me being completely stupid I crashed into another car (low speed) and wrecked the front of the tesla, my gf helped me pay for it because I didn't have any saving, but I get paid after the first when her credit card is due, how much would it affect her 780 credit score if I pay her back after the 1st of next month?

It depends on the ratio of how much she's utilizing compared to her limit. If it's practically maxed out, it'll drop more than if it's, say, $5k of a $15k limit.
If it's only a few days late and paid off as soon as possible then it's not a big deal though. It's when you have high utilization month-after-month that it tanks.
so she's with chase, her limit is 10k and she used 2k5 for the car, 3k in total with her little purchases, she never uses more than 500 tho, I'm gonna cover the entire thing but it would be a couple of days after it's due, I was thinking if it's really gonna mess up her credit score I could just get a loan and pay that back when I get paid (she never had a missed payment on her credit card), but if it's not that big of a deal I'll just wait and pay it back 2 days later
okay I'm not a financial advisor so don't sue me but I've been in that sorta scenario a few times, and whatever my score dips by when I pay a little late I can just get back after a few months of keeping my usage low and paying back on time
I think your choice depends on your relationship and how comfortable you are sharing finances
