It's valid but the timing is bad cuz now ppl will think he is just scared abt the NRG game
doesn't matter what people think it doesn't change the fact that the same set of rules should be followed. Think of it through his perspective, his team would have already made champs (after 4 years) but the only reason they r not at champs is cos Americas has to act different.
Valid enough also before anyone shitting on c9 they have always been decent performing but what they could even do when your top 2 team are there in same group in both stages which are obviously a higher level compared to average ceiling of Americas
Even we consider h2h if c9 beaten either g2 / sen they would auto qualify for champs because have h2h against NRG but unfortunately that’s not the case anyways

tbf it should be h2h over the year because champs is supposed to be the best teams of the whole year, not who showed up a month ago
plus theres 2 spots that teams who did just show up a month ago can take by showing up when it matters
h2h is dumb when you can face each other at wildly different points or potentially only once.
