in americas, the tiebreaker for same # of champs points is h2h throughout the entire year. mibr have the h2h over every single team in the lower bracket and the only team that could've passed them in points (and thus, not need a h2h) is kru (and they're out). since sen/g2 is the upper final, 1/2 of the top 2 spots is taken by them (meaning that at least one of them will qualify based on top 2 placement in stage 2 playoffs). because of this, whoever wins nrg/c9 will lock in the last spot at champs (either based on points if it's a g2/sen rematch in the grand finals, or based on a top 2 finish if they somehow beat g2/sen in the lower final).
but basically, mibr is locked bc they did well enough at the beginning of the year to have the h2h over all the teams minus g2/sen and lev eliminated kru, so mibr were able to lock in champs
