Luminosity Gaming
@Luminosity
For the past year, both @OfficialAproto and @YaBoiDre have been integral parts of VALORANT Roster.
And today, we say goodbye.

We appreciate both Dre and Aproto’s contributions to our roster and their efforts in 2021. We wish you two the best moving forward. ❤️

aproto first joined Luminosity as part of the organization's original Valorant roster alongside his teammates on the MIXUP MIXUP Inactive aproto Alex Protopapas Hoppin Charles Clapper fiziq Lucas Blow stellar Brenden McGrath thief Brady Dever roster. He became one of the team's core three players while the organization tinkered with the final two it needed to compete with North America's best teams.

Luminosity found that pair in February 2021 when it brought in YaBoiDre and Kaleb "moose" Jayne. Immediately, the team soared to new heights, finishing third in its first two Challengers events of the year and in the top six in Masters 1.

But Luminosity once again began making changes as the roster failed to find the same level of success in the latter stages of the year. The organization benched two of its original core three in late May, and made a few more changes to fill out its roster afterwards.

Now, Luminosity has just one player remaining from its strong Stage 1 performance to start 2021: moose. He is currently joined by Will "dazzLe" Loafman and Tanner "TiGG" Spanu.

LG will need to add two more players before the start of the 2022 VCT season.
