valorant now has 27 agents, league had 40 champions when the game was released. riot is not slowing down in adding new agents, at what point could we see agent pick/ban if ever? personally i think it could add an interesting angle to pro play. valorant's appeal is in the agents and boring shit like that same ascent comp that lasted 3 years can drag down viewing experience imo

Yeah I'd like to see that as well. Makes team's have to prac more and play more strategically. Hope they implement it

Nah but in all seriousness it's more of a balancing problem than an agent amount problem
riot has shown they can do a mostly great job with balancing their game around their champions. also a breeze map without viper or harbor would be absolute cinema
That's an issue tho if an agent is required to be insta banned on a map then it wouldn't be good for both the players and the viewers since there's no variation.
true but then it will come down to riot's balancing team. a situation like that, where an agent is extremely strong or extremely weak on a map should only last a patch at most ideally.
well not really. drafting would just become a huge part of the game and teams are gonna have to learn adaptability.
