no he has a visa for tokyo but he needs to stay in the country to secure one for champs
He already has his japn visa fine, but in order to get his French visa he needs to stay in the Philippines, so he can’t go to Tokyo if he wants to go to paris
complicated stuff, if he goes to Tokyo while his European visa is still in process, might cause some mishaps and issues so they dont wanna risk patmen's process cuz they need him for champs
This has been going on for a while for SEA countries especially PH and Indo. I remember reading BOOM's CEO having to help and intervene for another DOTA team player's PH visa because it's such a hassle
The French embassy can basically call him to request documentation or an interview at anytime… if he leaves the country during during this period he’d only be jeopardising his chance at getting his visa
