You're right, time to uninstall, see ya VLR, and go GX!
I play with a worn down gaming laptop
Thank you for the suggestion yeah finding a side gig might be good too
This game was the sole reason I wasted an entire semester in uni, my duo won't stop asking me to hop on and I just couldn't refuse
I want to quit but I need to fill the void, what hobby should I get into so I don't crave coming back?
That's even worse, I didn't know it was that bad. What I meant by Riot shooting their own foot is them choosing DFM over CR and missing out on the possible viewership then terminating them so all of that would be for nothing. Now if they really did terminate DFM then it would be like cutting their own leg off.
So now it's just CR running them from the background? If so then Riot really is missing out on the possible viewership with not having the CR badge in partnership.
Can you fill me in on this?
Yes but breach of contract, so the whole bad sales thing are likely an excuse
Orgs people say deserve the boot are DFM, GE, TS and FURIA, but if the reasons for termination are poor sales and performance, also job security, outside of breach of contract then
The closest thing we've seen a team getting terminated that's not an ascension team was probably RRQ when they signed a PH core even though they agreed to represent Indo which if the rumors were true the warning Riot gave was for them
Exactly but the question is what is this breach of contract, and you have to take what the CEO says with a grain of salt
SPG wasn't a true premier from the ground up team though they were all tier 2 pros already that coincidentally got through because of the system, not saying that it's a bad thing
Not defending KOI I already stated that they always seemed scummy from the start of partnership, doing a headstart on the paperwork and barely doing anything to their team before that
Probably because I yapped a bit too much 🥀
This is the thing with Riot, they keep talking about job security with partnership but teams keep shuffling rosters and now termination, maybe this one's a good thing though because KOI keeps shuffling every year
I remember there were talks/rumors of them doing a headstart on the paperwork of getting into partnership, this led to their at the time tier 2 team seemingly being unmanaged and mediocre because they knew they'll get a spot the following year, so sort of scummy behavior. Has Riot always seen KOI in a bad light? If so why did they give them the spot from the start? Riot's choices are so weird like CR being the biggest Japanese org and making masters at the time but not getting selected
Plus people always talk about how bad their management is, so is the capsule sales really the reason? What is this breach of contract? There's something KOI isn't telling us just like BLEED and their CEO
The need to expand but at the same time the risks of stuff like KOI and BLEED happening also becomes higher
I TOLD Y'ALL
He went back home apparently and the team wants to go back to Indo comms it seems plus the post on them signing someone so it's semi confirmed he's getting replaced
