because SEA orgs have abandoned this so called "country pride" and adjust themselves with global stage

outside the box comfort no problem, role changing/playing abroad no problem
brave on learning english from scratches even if its their 3rd main language (proof: talon, boom, rrq)
always ready to change roster and coaches even if they are from outside region (even if some are bad at scouting)
proof: stole jemkin, something, kr1stal (thanks emea)
listen to their fans so they still have a sense of belonging to their country root by bringing their best homegrown talent

this is what it takes if a team really want to win, not just being fodders

japanese teams need to learn this btw
