imo iZu and DH performance all year has been well enough to warrant a spot next year
whilst the other 3, I don't think T1 would let them go so easily, especially with the amount they spent getting them in the first place

i do have another idea, combining his cascade with cove.
basically his cascades now stops bullet up to 150 HP.
cove utility needs to be changed somehow, but idk how
and yeah that ally slow needs to go, its not helping anyone
idk, i feel like he's in a weird place where's his utility not fully support the same idea
i think this change could give him the ability to be played more in bigger maps, since his double high tide could cover much more areas
we'll make it 2 then

add a new mechanic called water charges
water charges will be there instead of the usual 30s cooldown on high tide
every time harbor uses any skill (cove, cascade, high tide) adds one charge
once he accumulates (3/4, depends on how op you want) water charges, he could use another high tide
good IGL, since these days its much more rare
there's a lot of duelist prodigy that can be given time to mature
nonetheless its still insane tho we're getting fed every year
