Free MeiY and go where? bro can only speak japanese and the only team that speak japanese are ZETA, moving to ZETA is not really an upgrade for him..

This is honestly infuriating when you can see a japanese crazy good player like MeiY but stuck on a japanese comm only team because he can only speak japanese.. Why doesn't japanese try to learn english like any other country..

Same with Indonesia.. if you go to indonesia and start speaking english then majority of people gonna reply with "Yes thank you mister" "good mister" "how are you mister" but somehow everybody in Indonesia when joining Esport as a pro players, they forced themself to speak english so they can adapt better in an international ecosystem and culture..
BOOM esport before Dos9 joined, most of them barely speak english, the only one who speak english are Shiro and NcSlasher, both BerserX and Famouz barely speak english at all but forced to learn and adapt to speaking english when they sign Dos9.

i gotta say but japanese didnt need to learn english cuz there are no real usage to it

Im not saying all of Japanese should learn english because even all Indonesian does not learn english proprerly.. but i just hoped that japanese who play/goes international in Esport atleast try to learn english so their career can be more successful with bigger opportunities from other Orgs/Team. Imagine if MeiY somehow got signed by PRX or any other top tier NA and EMEA team, that would be so PEAK, especially for the japanese fanbase because now they have a representation of their countrymen on the TOP of the league.Similar to f0rsakeN for Indonesian.

vouch, not to mention this is PROFESSIONAL PLAYER like legit job, real job keeps asking for self-improvement both hardskill and softskill

and if meiy as himself want to reach higher as a player, he needs to realize that jp ecosystem holding his back for now, learn basic english during offseason could work. I dont like to compare other people to another, but xcc managed to learn korean during his time as T1 player so he could igl on korean language
