like yeah they were mean to sylvan, (apparently some of which was mistranslated) but I feel like people got really heated because autumn is a bad coach, and theres some people in the team who dont want to change their approach on criticism to better suit some of their less confident players.

No, it was blown out of proportion. God forbid a teammate points out mistakes, because they want to win. A lot of it SHOULD'VE been handled a lot better, but the coaching staff and management should've stopped what was happening the moment it started instead of fostering that toxic environment.
