true stretched is not allowed on stage so i dont think anyone uses it dedicatedly

Pretty sure he was extremely wrong on this or rather you understood wrongly when he said "we cant use Winexp for true stretched" but True stretched on stage is 100% allowed with device manager method LOL
I guess it's stretching your monitor Res rather than stretching your game Res?
But idk, never try cause in-game stretch is already enough for me
literally whats the point of using the in game stretch res instead of the actual one
boosting my FPS, so it will be always above my monitor refresh rate. (but without sacrificing to much of the game aesthetic)
So you cut the game from sides and stretch the image to fit the screen again which makes things looks wider horizontally and things moves faster on your screen including your crosshair
