i think since Bangkok/Stage 1 pros finally realized how broken the phantom is, feel like its so much boring now to watch a round with 6-8 phantoms and people just getting lucky or random spam kills or running kills

probably revert the distance buff, nerf the recoil reset, and then maybe lower both vandal and phantom bullet count, vandal to 20 and phantom to 25
Nobody cares stop fetishizing the conceptt of tac fps when no tac fps ever respected it
in what way am i "fetishizing" the concept of tac fps? im simply making an observation that the phantom is dramatically overtuned and way too versatile a rifle in its current state when compared to the vandal
