is CN actually a packed region or wolves simply just underperformed? They didn't qualify for playoffs and 99% missing champs. We talking about 3rd place Toronto here.

they are playing below they should but nobody should expect them to play as they did in Toronto ever again
considering the level they displayed you'd at least expect to perform at some decent-high level locally, cn is anti heavy thats no surprise but it seems more like they went back to their normal form instead of improving

More like this has been the most competitive cn region has ever been internally. What do you mean by cn isn't competitive since edg regressed? Competitive as in internationally against other regions or internally?
