they got like 50 ppl in radiant who can get rank 1 if their teammate doesnt get stream sniped every other match and these aren't even signed players generally but random ppl who grind ranked. na t2 players and t1 dont even take these seriously.

When transitioning from the NA region to PACIFIC, playing a few ACTs will inevitably lower your Rank stats.
Recently, Rossy was 1.1-1.2 in PACIFIC, but when he returned to NA, he was 1.3-1.4.
exa was 1.26-1.36 in NA, but 1-1.1 in PACIFIC.
This shows that the PACIFIC Rank is more difficult.
