CO-stream for ID is also available for non-SOOP platforms in this split albeit you are limited to only black screens (can't mirror the official stream into your stream)

Indonesia is the 2nd highest in terms of viewership in SEA. They lost that due to SOOP. Thailand is 1st in viewership but they at least have a decent amount of viewership on SOOP. So maybe that's why indonesia was allowed to stream elsewhere

There would be zero indonesian val Streamer who's gonna co-stream into VCL SEA if they cannot even show the match on their own stream lmao.. I dont even know who did they try to "please" with this announcement/rule changes.
Let's dont forget that there's literally zero Indonesian team in Stage 3 except RRQ Academy, a team that cannot even qualify into ascension.
