  • after watching the t1 documentary, this guy's mannerisms, the way he spoke towards sylvan as well as the majority of issues being brought up within his team being related towards aim makes me think that he genuinely might be the worst coach ive watched interact with a team within every esports video ive watched

  • like ur telling me this guy is the coach of t1, him being a coach to begin with is laughable tbh

Not gonna lie when I watched the documentary I had the feeling that autumn has some kind of autism, you cant tell me that guy is a real human the way he "coached" the team, he was more of a spectator in my opinion than a coach

Another thing is that as a coach he should understand what his players need. Some people need to the harsh criticism that he have sylvan to give them a reality check and motivate them to improve and prove everyone wrong, and other shut down when being yelled at like that (sylvan is the latter type) and listen better to calm, logical advice since they themselves are very self-critical. As a fucking coach he should be aware and understand his players enough to know this.

exactly lol, but the funny part is that he probably takes credit for their win at bangkok but can't take accountability for when the team is playing badly

After watching the documentary. Autumn look so lost, he looks like someone who pretend to understand the game. Like multiple time he said something along the line that just aim or be confident or we're better but they're just out aim us. Most of the time during tech pause, he would only say Just win the aim duel.
