Why did T1 think releasing this was a good idea? Like did they think people would just ignore Sylvan getting flamed and scapegoated at every opportunity or that people would ignore the coaches incompetence? I mean I guess it was good in that the public got to see how Sylvan was being treated and how bad autumn actually is, but the fact that T1 management saw no problem in this is concerning.

the only way T1 valorant can be saved is if they remove autumn and promote cheonggak (their assistant coach) to head coach

yea ngl gotta remove whole coaching staff, nobody knows if they also tolerated that toxic behavior in the team. But there are no good korean coaches available no more unless you look in tier 2

Hes a good coach but his decisions are just as awful as autumn, there is way better t2 coaches in kr, even t1.academy
He's good at developing talent, but he's terrible at using that talent to its fullest potential and getting results with said talent
