what is this take lmao being off IGL means you don't need to be as vocal with calling strats and mid rounding and also means you don't have to look at the minimap 50% of the round. Vora is already a good fragger
Except Verno had the exact opposite happen. He barely spoke on NRG and became the secondary caller on MIBR and plays way better for them. And he said it himself that he plays better when he has a hand in how the game plan should be and has a hand in mid round calls.
Same thing with kiing where he said he got taken off IGL because the coach thought he'd perform better off of it and he thought it made him worse.
Kingg literally swapped roles to one that he hasn't played in years, Verno was on a shit NRG and even then was the best player on NRG. Also secondary calling is nowhere near the same as IGLing lmao.
might be true, but I think for someone with good fragging potential like vora being on igl is holding him back, especially since he's only been calling because nobody else on the team wanted to.
I mean maybe. If he wanted off IGL that bad, they had the opportunity to do so when dropping Sym/Recoil but didn't so I kind of doubt it.
