The people themselves aren't the problem, I don't think. They're all great players and have proven they can win before. Something needs to happen internally is what I'm thinking, because on paper they should be getting results

Boostio is just bad. His calls aren't that good anymore, this team has a lot of firepower, but Boostio is holding them back SO MUCH. Just make Zander IGL and sign a decent Sentinel player. Who could it be? Koalanoob? seven? Kess? Washed1?

Potter would fit the team so well. I saw a post about Cryo, Vora, eeiu, zander, seven which would also be a fire team. It would suck to see goatsuna leave though.
