It's a tournament which doesn't have much meaning to win, usually because of unfair format/lack of competition/small stakes

Either the tourney format is very scammy like EWC wherein the group stage matches are BO1 only , pretty bad or it's a very easy way to deny a team's achievement and say that the tourney was mickey mouse, up until now u can only consider the first year tourney and EWC as mickey mouse other all are legit. Mickey mouse term usually indicates things with no value.

It means that it has BO1 opening matches, that one of the favorite teams lack their best player, that the coaches were allowed to cheat during the qualifiers and that the APAC format didn't make sense
