LCQ for upsets, drama, action. Champion Points for determing the most deserving one
I would prefer the current champs points distribution with 3 teams going through playoffs instead of 2.
LCQ is really hype but these teams from Americas never did jack shit at Champs

Why should a team that fell off get the spot over a team that is currently good
And if that team becomes good again, they will win lcq
It's because teams go on a run quite often in this game. KRU and 100T both went to Champs through LCQ and didn't make it through groups (although both were mad close to FNC), but Sen last year finished Top 4.
I would argue that 1 bad split shouldn't diminish the rest of the year.
I prefer lcq, but I would want like one champs point spot and one lcq spot and the two playoff spots.
its cuz riot takes 3 years for good ideas to come out of their empty heads, we'll prolly see this implementation in 2028 or sum.

The consistent team will still make it, and if you are not 3rd in champs points you are not the ultra-consistent team you think you are, go earn your spot like the rest, like imagine EMEA lcq for example with potentially (predicting top 3 is FNC, TH, and TL bcuz of Toronto) with VIT, BBL, KC, both ascension teams fighting for their spot if they did not make playoffs, underdogs like GX, hype asf.
