no shit, it's literally impossible for KC to be the same. Even if they wanted to they can't pick more than 1 player outside of their region. Americas is the region with this discourse because they have North and South America mixed.
And how does being mocked or not make a difference here? The facts are the facts, despite having a big or small fanbase or being mocked.
representation culture in europe is different from other continents. they often feel more connected to the orgs than they do with the players, and latam fans tend to feel more connected to the rosters.
that's why you don't see many kc fans complain about having no french players on their team, or koi fans about not having spanish players on their team. on this day and age, it's pretty much impossible to be a top team in any game and keep a national roster in eu. this is due to eu having a lot more countries than the americas, and therefore, more international talent
it's not the same for americas, there's only 5 main countries in the entire continent that produce enough competitive players in esports (those being: usa, canada, chile, argentina, and brazil). there's obviously some few exceptions, but most players from fps games in americas are from these countries
