I use to think that but look at all the best duelist, baiter.
Zekken, Aspas are big baiters.
Even G2 has jawgemo baiting but that could just be yoru playstyle
I don't think playing passive and slow is baiting at least in cryo's case but I think sentinel would suit him very well. A slower lurky playsite + siteholding would do cryo wonders seeing as he could help dictate the speed of 100Ts attack and play at his own pace
My only biggest issues with Asuna are the over aggression and extending that leave the team in man disadvantages + the inconsistency/lack of discipline in some aspects of his game that end up with 100T getting into man disadvantages that are completely avoidable in the first place. While fixable having a player just a good with a little more discipline and consistency is also an option that can be looked into
Tbh I think the only way to make that team a trophy contender would be to get Zekken to reunite with Cryo. They have a perfectly complementary agent pool and that duo is the only reason Xset made it so far

drop Cryo, bro is good but if the only characters he can play is Jett, Iso, and Sage then its not worth it.
100t has always struggled with roles and they need a duelist who can always play duelist. Asuna can stick to playing flashes. And if they ever do decide to drop Asuna. 100t is ruined and NRG will sign Asuna and win champs
Anybody who says drop either Cryo or Eeiu is braindead. He is not just "good". He is 100T. Without him not only are we losing everygame, but we are going to look like Furia.
I agree, but disagree. 100t was beating guard faze and xset with WILL as a main duelist.
I will say times have changed and the fragging firepower needed across the board has drastically risen from 2022, given that 100T also has Boostio who despite being a good igl has poor shooting.
Asuna is 100T. No one else. Cryo is the best player but his identity is not 100t
