I can't recall a time this statement turned out to be true. About any team, given any time. At least not in hindsight.
If people keep repeating this BEFORE the match, it turns out to be false. (Example: People were saying the exact same thing about TH and G2 before their matches against PRX.) If it is repeated AFTERWARDS, that's just hindsight making people say it.
